一家之煮 What's Cooking today?

Don't know what to cook? try these..... my family like it. simple and easy!

无名米粉 Nameless Mi Fen
1) 将泡软的米粉沥干后用少许热油炒香;
2)下少许酱清上色; 捞起.
3) 把鸡蛋炒熟, 摆在米粉上;
4)将蒜头碎用热油爆香, 加入虾仁, 菜心, 少许清水及鸡精粉调味, 最后勾芡就可以淋在米粉上了.

a)mi fen well soaked and drain away excess water;
b) fry it with a little oil, add some light soy sauce to colour, dish up;
c)fry the egg and place it on the mi fen;
d)fry the chopped garlic till fragrance, add in prawn and "choy sum" vegetables, a little water and chicken powder to taste, lastly thicken the gravy with starch powder and pour it over the mi fen.

蒜香奶白 Stir fry Nai Bai Vegetables
1)将蒜头碎用热油爆香;
2)加入奶白菜翻炒片刻;
3)用少许盐调味即可.

a)fry the garlic with oil till fragrance;
b)add in the "nai bai" vegetables and fry over hight heat;
c) add a bit of salt when the vegetables colour turns crispy green. done.

老曾记参巴辣椒午鱼 Old Chang Kee's Sambal Fish
*买老曾记的东西可以自己拿一些参巴辣椒的哦. 很好用的!
*when you buy Old chang kee's food, there are sambal chilli at the counter for you right? don't waste it! very good to use at home! haha

1)将午鱼块煎熟, 上盘;
2)把老曾记
参巴辣椒炒香, 加入洋葱丝及蕃茄丝;
3)用少许糖中和辣椒的咸味;
4)加入少许亚参水炒均匀就可以淋在午鱼上, 加少许芫荽段即可.

a) fry the "Ngoh" fish steak till done; dish up;
b) fry the sambal chilli with big onion strips and tomatoes strips;
c) add in some sugar to balance the salty taste of the chilli;
d)add in some assam water, stir well and pour over the fish steak, add in chinese parsley and serve.
