凉面DIY Cold Noodle

面和配菜 (预先准备好后;个别分开冷藏):

白玉面 (按照包装上的指示煮熟后,过冷河沥干备用)
红萝卜丝
黄瓜丝
本地芹菜末
芝麻 (预先炒香)

酱汁 (预先伴好后再冷藏):

香醋
日本凉面伴酱
辣油 (可以不加)

吃的时候,把配菜摆在面上,淋上酱汁即可。

noodle & condiments (prepare in advance and set in chiller):

white jade noodle
(cook according to instructions on the packaging. when cooked, quickly immerse in ice water to reduce the temperature; drain well)
carrot shreds
cucumber shreds
chopped chinese celery
white sesame seeds

dressing sauce (prepare in advance and set in chiller):

fragrance vinegar
japanese cold noodle sauce (available in Daiso or other jap product store)
chilli oil (optional)

before serving, arrange the condiments on the noodle, pour the dressing over it and serve immediately.
