芹菜鸭丝 + 竹蔗鸡汤

今天临时叫了我大姐跟我一起录节目!
从冰箱挖出一些材料之后才来决定设计怎么样的晚餐。哈哈。。。

所以就出现了今天的。。。


芹菜鸭丝

芹菜有降血压的疗效哦。
小辣椒和红萝卜的维生素A丰富呢。
蒜头提香也有保健的作用。


材料:
红萝卜丝 - 1 小条
卤鸭 - 半只 (去骨,切丝)
豆芽 - 150克 (去尾)
芹菜 - 1整棵 (叶子留来煮汤,把粗纤维炮掉,切片)
蒜头,小辣椒 - 适量

调味:
鸡精粉 - 半汤匙
香醋 - 1 - 1.5汤匙
水 - 少许

做法:
用少许油爆香蒜头和小辣椒。
加入鸭丝,红萝卜丝和芹菜片翻炒。
加入豆芽和调味翻炒片刻,均匀即可。


Celery and Duck Stir Fry


Celery is known to be able to reduce high blood pressure.

Chilli and Carrot are rich in Vitamin A.

Garlic are good for health too.


Ingredients:
Carrot - 1 small piece, shreds it.
Braised duck - 1/2 duck, remove bones and cut into thin shreds.
Bean sprouts - 150gm (remove the tail)
Celery - 1 whole (remove the coarse fiber skin, cut into thin slices. keep the leaves for the soup)
Garlick & small chilli - a handful

Seasonings:
chicken powder - 1/2 tbsp
Fragrance Black Vinegar - 1 - 1.5 tbsp
water - a dash

Method:
Fry the garlic and chilli with oil till fragrance.
add in duck shreds, carrot shreds and celery slices.
lastly add in bean sprouts and seasoning, stir and mix well. serve hot.

竹蔗鸡汤
竹蔗有清热结束的疗效。
鸡肉补充蛋白质。
鸡汤滋润身体。
萝卜使到汤味更清甜。

材料:
竹蔗 - 4-6 条 (切半,再切小段)
红萝卜 - 4-8 条 (小型)
鸡 - 1只 (中型)
水 - 适量

调味:
鸡精粉 - 少许

做法:
鸡肉切块,飞水后备用。
将水煮滚后,加入竹蔗和萝卜,还有之前的芹菜叶一起熬煮1个小时。
加入鸡肉继续煮多10分钟或鸡肉熟了即可。
如果口味重可以加少许鸡精粉调味。

Bamboo Cane Chicken Soup

bamboo sugar cane are meant to have a cooling effect for heaty body.
chicken meat provide proteins supplyments,
and the chicken soup is equally nourishing.
carrot add some sweetness to enhance the taste of the soup.

Ingredients:
bamboo sugar cane - 4-6 pcs (cut half, and cut into smaller length)
carrot - 4-8pcs (small size)
chicken - 1 whole (medium size)
water

seasoning:
chicken powder

method:
cut up the chicken, cook briefly in boiling water, remove from the water the moment it changes to grayish colour. set aside.
boil a fresh pot of water, add in bamboo sugar cane and carrot, and the celery leaves, boil for an hour over low flame.
add in chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is done.
add seasoning if desire. serve hot.
