Dessert time! 小甜品时间

今天的甜品没有照片看。怎么办?
忍一忍吧。。。。。

黑糯米粥 Pulut Hitam (black glutinous rice dessert)
- 虽然很花时间来熬煮,可是它也是一道很滋润的甜品哦。

黑糯米 - 500克 (洗净)
斑兰叶 - 1把(洗净,扎起来,等最后才下)
砂糖 - 适量
清水 - 适量 (先用1.5公升的水来煮,然后视所需而加)
新鲜浓椰浆 - 适量 (在椰浆里头加入少许盐)

将黑糯米和水一起熬煮到成粥型即可。(先用大火煮滚后,再转小火继续熬煮)
记得要搅拌不然很容易就焦底的。
要熄火前加入班兰叶和砂糖调味,再煮多5-10分钟即可。
吃时,个别加入适量的浓椰浆即可。

black glutinous rice - 500gm (rinsed well)
pandan leaves - 1 handful (rinse well, tie a knot )
sugar - to taste
waster - add accordingly (start off with 1.5L, gradually add in more as required during cooking)
fresh thick coconut milk - as desire (add in a little salt)

cook the black glutinous rice and water to make porriage (boil it with high flame, then turn small flame to continue to simmer till done)
do not forget to stir occasionally, to prevent sticking to the pot.
just before it's done, add in pandan leaves and sugar, cook for another 5-10minutes.
serve wit coconut milk.
