毕业后的第一场公开厨艺示范，就在东福坊 EAST ＰＯＩＮＴ MALL，
由Radio1003和AVA农粮局主办的“家庭厨神烹饪比赛”！
哈哈。。我不是去比赛啦！
我是去那里用冰冻鸡肉来示范教煮“蚝油鸡丁”！
有老大文鸿和我的老搭档克敏左右护航，不至于怯场，还让我信心大增！
但临场表现还有待加强。
现场的观众也没有为难我，还很给面子把我现场煮的三盘蚝油鸡丁都给吃的没有剩！！
Pamela还特地从chalet赶过来支持我。
有几位Aunty吃了还竖起拇指跟我说“好吃！”，
我心里是挺感动的。
幸好终究没有丢了师父的脸。。。这次我勉强过关了。

oh...i saw my name on yr entry heehee but i didn't manage to eat the food u cook so sad. after the show 1 2 find u but can't find u. today also can't see u after the show.
u didn't reply my comment on the previous entry leh u say u have.
btw the receip on 明厨料理 isit the dishes u teach on air every thurs?
contine to jia u jia u than quick quick open a shop than i can eat the food that u cook. heehee
